Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until it's fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed garlic, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Take a portion of the chicken mixture and place it on a tortilla. Fold and wrap it tightly.
  • Grill the wraps in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden and the cheese has melted.

Notes
