Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Grilled or baked until fully cooked.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For marinating the chicken.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt salt and pepper To taste.

For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Fresh and creamy.
  • 1 cup cucumber, grated Makes the sauce refreshing.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt salt and pepper To taste.

For Serving

  • Lettuce leaves or rice Lettuce leaves or rice, for serving Choose your base.
  • Sliced tomatoes and red onions for garnish Add for color and taste.

Instructions
 

Cooking Chicken

  • Grill or bake the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper while cooking. Once done, let it cool before slicing into strips.

Making the Tzatziki Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Assembling the Bowls

  • Take a generous bed of lettuce or a scoop of rice as a base. Layer the sliced chicken on top and drizzle with tzatziki sauce. Finish with sliced tomatoes and red onions for a colorful presentation.

Notes

Store leftover bowls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Keep tzatziki separate from the chicken and base.
