  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Position the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
  • Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes; overnight will enhance the flavors even more.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bake the marinated chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and the juices run clear.
  • If you like, garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm.

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze in portions for up to three months.
