For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar Ensure it's dairy-free if needed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best results

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract; mix until the batter appears smooth.
  • Gradually stir in the flour and salt until fully combined.

Baking

Glaze
