  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb wraps Can swap for whole grain tortillas if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced Adds flavor and aroma.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • optional diced tomatoes, avocado, or sour cream For additional toppings.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Stir in the shredded chicken and cook until heated through, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until it melts and combines.

Assembly

  • Lay out the lettuce leaves or low-carb wraps.
  • Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each wrap.
  • Add optional toppings such as diced tomatoes, avocado, or a dollop of sour cream.
  • Roll them up tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Add fresh toppings just before serving to retain freshness.
