Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Chicken and Skewers

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes Can substitute with chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
  • 4-6 wooden skewers Soaked in water for 30 minutes prior to grilling.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Carefully thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has beautiful grill marks.
  • Serve hot and enjoy every bite!

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight. These skewers can also be served with dipping sauces or as part of a salad.
